By accessing and using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (referred to as the "Agreement").
The Agreement governs your interactions with our website, www.eviasearch.com (the "Site"). In the context of this Agreement, "Party" refers to either you or the Site, collectively referred to as the "Parties."
By accessing the Site and either submitting inquiries or registering your services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accepted the Terms & Conditions stated herein. This Agreement incorporates the referenced policies and guidelines. EviaSearch reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting revised terms or an updated Agreement on this Website.
The website, www.eviasearch.com, functions as an aggregator for healthcare service providers showcasing the capabilities of the Healthcare service-providing industries with open access for all. The EviaSearch Platform provide services to both, Healthcare professionals and Healthcare Service Providers.
Healthcare professionals can use this Site to find/search the appropriate service provider ("RIGHT-FIT" Service Provider) for his/her to-be outsourced job-works/projects. Search for 'Right-Fit Service Providers' is made easy through EviaSearch using certain clicks, such as choosing a specific industry, followed by the appropriate category, narrowing down the selection by picking sub-categories, giving input of the molecule name or specific details, and initiating the search.
In a matter of movement, EviaSearch will present a Result Page containing a compilation of Service Providers that are 'Right-Fit' for the projects/job-works. Healthcare professionals can engage with the chosen service providers through various means, like sending them a message, requesting a callback, or sending an inquiry, directly through the platform.
For Healthcare Service Providers we serve them by showcasing their brand, logo, capabilities, regulatory credentials, and contact details on our platform. This facilitates connections with potential clients and drives lead generation. Healthcare service providers globally can join the EviaSearch Platform via the 'Business Free Listing' option. Click, register, and complete the company profile to get started.
Healthcare professionals can use the EviaSearch site to find, choose, and connect with the appropriate Service Providers without incurring any charges. Likewise, Healthcare service providers can register their services and create profiles on the EviaSearch Platform at no cost.
However, for Healthcare Service Providers, fees apply when opting for an EviaSearch Package or accessing specialized reports. These charges also extend to Healthcare Professionals who request specialized reports. Before utilizing our services, you will be informed about the associated charges.
Neither you nor the Site shall be held liable to the other party for damages or losses resulting from the inquiry search and submission, or registering and showcasing the capabilities. Each party shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party's directors, officers, and employees against liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses arising directly or indirectly from third-party claims, suits, actions, demands, or judgment (collective 'Third-party Claim') related to (i) any breach by the service provider of their obligations under this Agreement; (ii) violations of applicable laws by the service provider; or (iii) gross negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, or willful misconduct by the service provider.
www.eviasearch.com serves as a search engine listing service provider for various services required by Healthcare companies and the platform allows both Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Service Providers. The parties involved in the process of this search engine acknowledge that their employees, agents, affiliates, and/or subcontractors may gain access to confidential and proprietary information from the other party/parties.
During each search on our website, we gather details like your name, title, company name, email ID, and phone number as provided by Healthcare professionals. It's important to note that we maintain the utmost discretion regarding this personal and professional information. We do not disclose such information to any service provider or third party unless you opt to engage with the chosen service providers.
The termination of these Terms and Conditions provision pertains exclusively to Healthcare Service Providers. The terms outlined in this agreement take effect upon the registration of Healthcare Service Providers and remain in force until termination. Termination may arise in cases of (a) mutual interest of the parties, (b) compliance with a duly authorized government agency or department's requirements, or (c) adherence to the judgment of an authorized judicial authority.
Either party or the Site holds the right to terminate this agreement, subject to a 30-day notice period. Should the agreement be terminated, during this notice period, the Site will cease to feature capabilities that generate leads for the service provider.
The Parties agree that the Terms of Services will be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. The Parties consent that the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions along with any posted policies or operating rules, constitute the complete agreement between the parties. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision within these Terms and Conditions does not waive that right or provision.
If any provision or part of a provision within these Terms & Conditions is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision will be considered separate from these Terms & Conditions. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
